Privacy policy

Written under Russian law 152-FZ "On personal data" and Kazakh law No. 94-V "On personal data and its protection".

What we collect

• From a teacher: first and last name, phone number, login and password, profile photo.
• From a student: first and last name, login and password, avatar, learning group, progress and results. We collect no phone number and no email for students — the teacher creates the child's login.
• Technical data: IP address, cookies, browser and device, access time, page history — standard for a web service.

How we handle it

• Why. To deliver the service: platform access, contacting you, payments, support, security and product improvement.
• How we protect it. Access-rights separation, information-security tools, backups, regular monitoring and internal audit (clause 8.2).
• Children's data. Registering a student under 14 requires consent from a parent or legal guardian. We request the minimum necessary data (clause 10).
• Who we share with. Only those the service cannot run without: payment systems, hosting, analytics, email delivery. They are bound to keep the data confidential (clause 6). We do not sell personal data.
• Your rights. Request information about processing, correct, block or delete your data, withdraw consent. After withdrawal the data is destroyed within 30 days (clauses 7, 11.3).
• Cookies. Used to run the site and for analytics (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics). You can disable them in your browser — some features will stop working.
